Liverpool John Moores University is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Helpdesk Coordinator to join our Estates Development and Campus Services team on a permanent, full-time basis.
As part of our Estates and Facilities Management Helpdesk, you will play a vital role in supporting the University community. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will ensure maintenance issues and service requests are handled efficiently and professionally, helping to deliver a high-quality campus experience.
Our Helpdesk operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This position will cover the following shift:
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and service requests
- Respond promptly to enquiries via telephone, email and the University CAFM system (Invida)
- Coordinate and log maintenance requests accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with Campus Services teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Always deliver an exceptional standard of customer service

- A strong customer-focused approach and commitment to service excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT proficiency and the ability to learn systems quickly
- A reliable, flexible, and proactive working style
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Educated to at least Grade C GCSE in English & Maths
