The Role
We’re seeking two dynamic and proactive part time Clinic Administrators to join our team on-site at our Rossett location. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic and delivering an outstanding patient experience.
What You’ll Do:
As our Clinic Administrator, you will take ownership of a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Patient Experience & Customer Service.
- Be the friendly face of our clinic, ensuring every patient receives a seamless, welcoming experience.
- Address patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Operations & Administration:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, including managing medical records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Handle appointment scheduling and coordinate clinic workflows.
- Financial Management:
- Manage clinic budgets, billing, and financial records with accuracy and efficiency.
- Staff Coordination & Training:
- Organize staff schedules and training to ensure optimal operations.
- Support our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
- Social Media & Marketing:
- Manage our online presence and engage with our community across social media platforms.
- Assist with content creation to promote our services effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for highly organized, motivated, and enthusiastic professionals who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent customer service skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
- Experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of financial processes, including budgeting and billing.
- Proficiency in medical records management and familiarity with regulatory compliance.
- A creative mindset for managing social media and online engagement.
- Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with medical staff.
- Tech-savvy skills, including proficiency in medical software and basic computer applications would be a bonus.
- Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is a plus, but not essential.
