Full job description

Due to growing demand across the business, we’re excited to be looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact, playing a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring great talent. You’ll deliver a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service, ensuring every hire not only meets the role requirements but also aligns with our values and culture.

You will play a key role in managing recruitment campaigns, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout.

This is a full-time office based role located at our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool.

The key responsibilities are:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through to offer and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define role briefs
Create and advertise vacancies across appropriate channels to attract high-quality candidates
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, talent pools, and other direct sourcing methods
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and stakeholders
Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely and professional communication
Track recruitment activity and provide reporting insights

To be successful in the role, you will have:

Proven recruitment experience, either in-house or agency
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
