Our ICT team builds and maintains a high quality technical and applications infrastructure that supports the organisations front-line services and enables them to provide cost effective and efficient services to the people of the County of Wiltshire.
As a Service Desk Engineer, you will provide remote support for software and hardware issues, ensuring seamless IT services across Wiltshire Council. As part of your role, you will handle customer calls, troubleshooting and document IT problems, whilst offering efficient resolutions and escalating complex cases when necessary. Your focus will be on maintaining optimal functionality for corporate IT and communication systems.
We are looking for a candidate with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, who is confident in providing guidance to departments and customers, which results in fantastic customer experience.
