Full job description

Due to continued growth, PayStream Accounting Services Limited have an opening for a Sales Development Representative to join our Tifo department at our Altrincham office.

The basic salary for this role is £30,000-£32,000, plus commission. Expected OTE for this role is £38,000-£40,000. Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Hybrid working on offer subject to training/probation.

The Role:

Proactively contact prospective businesses from the CRM and existing data sources, and external databases or self-sourced leads
Introduce PayStream’s candidate compliance vetting service and identify business opportunities
Generate a minimum of 15 qualified leads per month, with commission payable for each lead that results in a booked product demo
Deliver compelling introductions to PayStream’s services via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Follow up on inbound leads and re-engage dormant or historical contacts

The Person:

Hardworking and approachable
Sales and customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Has a passion for excellent client service
Strong networking and relationship building skills

Requirements:

Minimum grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent)
Previous sales experience and working towards KPIs

Progression:

Professional qualification financial support with up to 6 days paid study leave for professional qualifications
