Freelance Business Coach & Guest Speaker (Per-Event)

Location: Peterborough
Job Type: Freelance / Contract
Pay: Competitive day rates (negotiable)

About the Role

Trade Mastermind is a fast-growing education and business services company supporting tradespeople (plumbing, electrical, construction) to scale into high-performing businesses.

Due to rapid growth and multiple weekly events at our Trade Mastermind Uni HQ, we are seeking experienced Business Coaches & Guest Speakers to deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions on a freelance, per-event basis.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-energy workshops, keynote sessions, or masterclasses
Break down complex business strategies into practical, actionable steps
Engage and motivate audiences of ambitious business owners
Lead Q&A sessions and provide real-time business coaching
Support attendees in implementing growth strategies

Areas of Expertise

We are looking for specialists in one or more of the following:

Marketing (lead generation, SEO, branding)
Sales (closing, objection handling, conversion rates)
Operations (systems, CRM, efficiency)
HR & People (recruitment, culture, retention)
Strategy (scaling, positioning, leadership)
Finance (cash flow, profitability, tax efficiency)

Requirements

Proven experience in business coaching, consulting, or leadership
Strong public speaking and presentation skills
Ability to engage, inspire, and influence an audience
Commercial mindset with real-world business experience
Confident, energetic, and results-driven approach

Experience working with trade businesses is a plus but not essential.
