At GNOC, a leading e-commerce business, we are looking for an experienced eCommerce Executive to join our team and support our growing portfolio of brands. As an eCommerce specialist, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our marketplace growth and strengthening our brand presence online. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment and enjoys taking full ownership of channel performance. You’ll be responsible for optimising listings, driving advertising efficiency, managing inventory health, and ensuring our Amazon storefront delivers an exceptional customer experience. With a blend of analytical insight and hands‑on execution, you’ll help shape our Amazon strategy and unlock new opportunities for sustained revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
· Lead day‑to‑day operations for multiple brands across Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, ensuring smooth trading and compliance with Amazon policies.
· Create, update, and enhance product listings using SEO‑driven keywords, compelling copy, and high‑quality imagery.
· Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate replenishment to avoid OOS or overstock situations.
· Track KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, Buy Box %, ACOS, account health, and organic ranking.
· Regularly monitor competitors to review competitor pricing, content, promotions, and category trends.
· Collaborate with external suppliers to plan, execute, and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns across Search & DSP.
· Monitor reviews, respond to customer queries, and manage returns or escalations.
· Ensure listings meet Amazon’s content, safety, and regulatory requirements.
· Manage Lightning Deals, coupons, and seasonal campaigns across brands.
· Manage other e-commerce channels such as B&Q, The Range, OnBuy.
Required skills & experience
· At least 2 years’ experience working in e-commerce.
· Proven track record of managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (experienced with Vendor Central would be advantageous but not essential).
· Experience with Amazon PPC, keyword research, and SEO
· Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
· Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail
· Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
· Knowledge of ecommerce best practices and marketplace trends
· Ability to work cross-functionally with teams.

Salary:
£30,000 - £32,000 DOE (+ Bonuses)
The interview process
The interview process for this role includes two‑stage format to give you a full picture of the position and allow us to understand your strengths. The first stage is a 30‑minute Microsoft Teams interview, where we’ll explore your experience and introduce you to the role. Candidates who progress to the second stage will attend a one‑hour in‑person interview, during which you’ll present a short task provided in advance.
