We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass:
Lead Generation & Prospecting (20%)
Develop strong knowledge of solutions portfolio and its value for each sector
Identify potential clients and decision-makers through research, networking, and cold outreach
Support Marketing with multi-touchpoint campaigns for key targets
Build long lasting, trusting relationships with prospects, identifying potential pain points and opportunities to provide razorblue services
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for New Business team
Networking (20%)
Sales & Revenue Growth (30%)
Support the sales cycle from initial contact to qualified handover to New Business team
Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
Work alongside new business team in any prospect meetings to enhance success rate
Bid Writing and Proposal Creation (30%)
Bid Management - Support the end-to-end bid process for multiple new business opportunities. Manage timelines, documentation, and submission requirements.
Proposal Writing - Write clear, persuasive, and tailored content for bids, proposals, and tender documents. Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all submissions.
Our perfect candidate should have a wealth of knowledge spanning various technologies and being able to use these skills to troubleshoot and deliver five star solutions that keep our clients happy is a must!

Qualification
Must hold a Full UK driving license
Business or marketing qualification preferred
Networking and relationship building training advantageous
Experience
Experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
Experience in IT sector is advantageous
Previous lead generation and prospecting experience
Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent relationship-building and networking ability
Results-driven with ability to work independently
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to multi-task, stay organised and flexibly work in a fast-paced work environment
