Join us as a Customer Support Administrator / Planning Co-ordinator and play a key part in coordinating repair schedules, supporting our operational teams, and delivering excellent outcomes for our customers.

About the Role
You’ll be part of our small, friendly Planning team, responsible for booking and scheduling all customer appointments to investigate and repair water leaks on customer supply pipes. You’ll be based at our beautiful rural site in Horspath, Oxford, working closely with customers, field operatives, and supervisors to keep everything running smoothly.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Scheduling and coordinating investigation and repair appointments
- Raising and updating jobs on our database
- Managing emails and written correspondence
- Supporting the wider planning team with day-to-day coordination
- Gatekeeping and ensuring smooth workflow
About You :
You’re someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused role and takes pride in doing things well.
You’ll bring:
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- Planning/scheduling experience (ideally within water/utilities, but not essential)
- An organised, calm, and solution-focused approach
- Confidence using planning or scheduling systems
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office & Google Workspace)
- Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail
