As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and dependable Waste Removal & Specialist Cleaning Technician to join our team, delivering high-quality services across domestic and commercial client sites throughout Bristol, Somerset, and Gloucestershire.

The Role
This is a varied, hands-on position that combines waste removal, specialist cleaning, and customer service. You'll work both independently and as part of a team, helping our clients maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments while supporting our commitment to environmentally responsible practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, transport, and dispose of waste materials safely and efficiently in accordance with environmental regulations.
- Drive company vehicles between customer sites and authorised waste disposal facilities.
- Load and unload waste, equipment, and materials as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of vehicles and storage areas.
- Carry out carpet, upholstery, and hard floor cleaning.
- Complete deep cleaning projects for domestic and commercial properties.
- Perform steam cleaning, sanitisation, stain treatments, and extractor cleaning.
- Operate specialist cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional standards at all times.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures and industry regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure work is completed efficiently.
About You
We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have:
- A full, valid UK driving licence.
- Previous experience in a driving, waste removal, cleaning, or similar hands-on role.
- The ability to carry out physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn specialist cleaning techniques.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A dependable, professional, and proactive approach to work.
- A commitment to environmentally responsible working practices.

Average Days & Hours (Flexibility Preferred)
40 hours per week
Monday to Thursday (on-site): 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday (on-site): 8:00am – 12:30pm
One Saturday or Sunday per month required (Sunday paid at double time)
Door-to-door travel paid, minus the first and last 30 minutes
As we support a variety of domestic and commercial clients, there may occasionally be opportunities for early morning, evening, or overnight work. Any additional hours are paid as overtime, with suitable rest periods provided. We’re looking for someone who can offer a degree of flexibility when needed.
