Purpose of the role
To aid the smooth transition of client onboarding through business merger and acquisition, including data integration and income reconciliation, with additional support to provide high-level administrative within the client services administration team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate client data records are imported and updated as businesses are integrated.
- Bulk mailings to novating clients through acquisition.
- Update plan information as received from providers.
- Income reconciliation for onboarding firms.
- Tracking acquired firms onboarding income to ensure targeted expectations are met in line with acquisition requirements.
- See through bulk agency novation’s with providers, creating new records for anomalies identified in novation.
- Creation of new agencies for ad hoc providers as part of acquisition integration including due diligence forms and declarations.
- Assist with contract and licensing novation and cancellation for acquired businesses.
- Undertake monthly provider income reconciliation ensuring EDI links and Universal Uploader maintained, fully utilised, failures investigated.
- Oversight of e-services data feeds being maintained and anomalies identified and rectified.
- Point of contact for client portal queries, user credential issues and password resets.
- Update providers with correct servicing adviser information, maintaining platform administrator functions.
- Investigate outstanding fees or income, ensuring Curo is accurately reflecting expected income.
- Aid month end processes to meet company timescales.
- Issuing and matching of client fee invoicing.
- Complying with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the FCA’s Conduct rules / FCA Statements of Principle & Code of Practice and the relevant FCA rules at all times.
Experience Required
- Previous experience within an administrative or finance role - Essential.
- A background in financial services - Preferred.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
