The role will include:
- Serving drinks and food to our guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Cocktail making
- Communicate with all departments regularly to ensure smooth service
- Support the management team in maximising sales
- Understand Health, Safety and Hygiene and adhere to policies and procedures
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar/floor areas ready for service for the next trading day
- Maintain the standards of the business keeping all areas clean and tidy
- To undertake any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management
- Supervising and training of staff
- Responsible for cashing up and closing down at the end of shifts
