Full job description

We’re looking for an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist with proven leadership skills to develop a team within our Glastonbury studio.

We’re looking for someone with strong residential and housing development experience who enjoys client relationships, leading projects and building teams, but who still values good design and collaborative studio culture.

The role would suit somebody looking for more ownership and variety than they may currently have within a larger practice environment.

You would be joining a collaborative and design-led studio working across bespoke traditional and contemporary residential and development projects throughout primarily the South West.

We are looking for someone who:

Has strong housing or residential development experience in the UK
Can confidently lead projects and communicate with clients
Is commercially aware without being overly corporate
Enjoys working collaboratively within a close-knit team
Values good design, strong relationships and practical delivery equally
Overseeing project performance, team coordination and resource planning
Working closely with the directors across architecture, interiors and build

Studio

The role is based from our studio just outside Glastonbury. We are passionate about creating a positive, grounded and creative working environment . We believe good work comes from good people, trusted with responsibility and supported properly.
