Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced 360 Excavator Driver to join our Installations team. This is a hands-on role for a skilled operator who can manage their own sites from start to finish. The successful candidate will work on the installation of a wide range of septic tanks and sewage treatment plants, ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate 360 excavators safely and efficiently on various installation projects.
- Take full responsibility for running your own sites, including planning, setup, and completion.
- Install septic tanks, sewage treatment plants, and drainage systems to specification.
- Work closely with the Installations Manager and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance on machinery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment at all times.
- Liaise with customers and site representatives professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating 360 excavators (CPCS or NPORS ticket desirable but not essential).
- Strong understanding of groundworks and drainage installations.
- Ability to read and work from site plans and installation drawings.
- Full UK driving licence (HGV desirable but not essential).
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
