As the night unfolds, you might be preparing a late-night snack, helping set up for breakfast, or lending a hand to housekeeping so everything is ready for the morning.

No two nights are ever the same, sometimes you’re handling bookings and calls, other times you’re supporting across departments to keep the hotel running smoothly. Whatever the task, you approach it with warmth, efficiency, and care.

As a Night Guest Service Team Member, you’re not just working behind the scenes, you’re creating comfort, safety, and those thoughtful touches that guests will remember long after they leave.

What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:

Ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and recognising our loyal members.
Managing calls, requests and reservations with ease.
Being flexible to support the team where needed – from bar service to light cleaning.
Working with the other departments to create memorable moments for our guests by paying attention to the details.
