Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting medical staff, and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Duties

Deliver comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assessing patient needs.
Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols.
Assist with medical procedures and support doctors and other healthcare professionals during examinations and treatments.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and post-discharge care instructions.
Ensure infection control procedures are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalised care plans tailored to individual patient requirements.
Respond promptly to emergencies, providing immediate nursing care as needed.

Qualifications

Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant regulatory body .
Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is desirable.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding drug interactions and contraindications.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for committed nursing professionals eager to make a positive impact on patient health outcomes while advancing their career within a supportive healthcare community.

Pay: £24,588.81-£41,027.23 per year
