We're looking for someone with a creative eye, a love of detail, and pride in producing beautiful work to join our evening embroidery team.
This isn't just about operating machines. It's about bringing artwork to life through thread, colour, and craftsmanship. Whether you have experience in embroidery, textiles, art, design, or simply enjoy hands-on creative work, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Working within our embroidery studio, you'll help create personalised products for customers around the world.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Preparing customer orders for embroidery
- Reviewing pet portraits, personalisation details, and artwork placement
- Selecting garments and materials ready for production
- Loading embroidery designs into our systems
- Framing and preparing products for stitching
- Choosing thread colours and setting up embroidery machines
- Monitoring embroidery machines as designs come to life
- Maintaining equipment to ensure every stitch is perfect
- Helping keep our studio running smoothly during busy periods

- Previous machine operating experience

- Experience using Shopify or ecommerce systems
No embroidery experience is required - full training will be provided.
