At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?

We’re growing and excited to offer a full-time, permanent opportunity as a Service Management Specialist in our 24x7 Service Management Centre in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

Shift pattern: 4 days on/off, 4 nights on/off, 12-hour shifts (7–7).

You’ll support customers from issue receipt to resolution, allocate work, and assist engineers to ensure timely updates and SLA compliance.

Key tasks include monitoring systems, managing tickets in Field Service Lightning, updating customers, prioritising faults, coordinating engineers and spares, tracking tasks, completing maintenance, reporting, and arranging supplier access.

You have outstanding customer service skills and are a reliable team player who ensures work is completed to a high standard. With a positive attitude, you overcome challenges and build strong relationships with customers and engineers. You're an excellent communicator, proactive problem-solver, and thrive under pressure while meeting deadlines. Computer literacy, including Excel and Outlook, is essential, and you're enthusiastic about learning new systems, products, and processes.
