Join The Hamptons Hospital as a Theatre Practitioner in Peterborough. This vital role involves delivering high-quality surgical care and supporting our mission to improve patient outcomes. Be part of a dynamic team in a brand-new hospital setting, contributing to cutting-edge healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities

Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols.
Provide comprehensive patient care before, during, and after surgeries.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize surgical outcomes.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
Support infection control practices within the operating theatre.
Prepare operating rooms and equipment for procedures.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
Contribute to a positive and efficient working environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a hospital and surgical environment, with Endoscopy and Theatre background preferred.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
Excellent patient care skills with a focus on safety and compassion.
Familiarity with aseptic techniques and infection control standards.
Ability to work effectively within a team under pressure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is essential.
