Based in Salisbury, Xora Print Ltd are an expanding and exciting company servicing clients with all aspects of their managed print requirements.
We are currently in the process of welcoming additional members to our existing team and are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Software Support. You will provide a vital role in providing excellent support to our clients who use our software packages.
Main Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will receive full training on our software packages which will enable them to provide the following;
1. Liaise with our clients and assist with software installations.
2. Offer software training to new and existing clients.
3. Track clients’ usage of the software regarding the volume of labels printed and work and laisse with the sales team concerning all label orders.
4. Assist our clients with software queries and help resolve any issues.
5. Assist our clients with setting up of new label designs within the software.
6. Learn the different types of printers and consumables used by our clients.
7. Please note that on occasion, there will be times where you will be required to do long distance travel and overnight stays due to client needs.
As we are a small team, there will be occasions where you will also be required to help the Office Manager and Sales Team with office administration, such as order processing and customer service queries, both over the phone and email.
No two days will ever be the same which makes for an exciting and varied role while our company continues its pattern of growth.
Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
3. Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, and telephones.
4. Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
6 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
7. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
8. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
9. Previous experience in a software support role is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
10. Knowledge of labelling software systems desirable but not essential.
