The Role:
We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable gardener to join our friendly team. The role involves a wide range of garden maintenance tasks i.e. lawn mowing, weeding, hedge cutting, turfing, creating gravelled areas and much more. Must be competent in using both powered and hand tools, while also delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older (for insurance purposes)
- Minimum 2 years of professional gardening experience OR a horticultural qualification
- Confident in the use of various gardening tools and machinery, including:
- Lawn mowers
- Hedge cutters
- Strimmers
- Chainsaws
- Ride on mowers
- Various hand tools
- Must hold a valid PA1/PA6 Spraying Certificate
- Good plant knowledge and able to answer client queries professionally
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
