Community Care Assistant – Ceredigion

£14.00 per hour Monday to Friday | £14.40 per hour at Weekends | Paid Travel Time | Company Vehicles Available

People Support is looking for caring and reliable Community Care Assistants to join our team, providing support to people in their own homes throughout Ceredigion and nearby communities.

Please note: A full UK driving licence is required for this role.

About the Role

As a Community Care Assistant, you'll visit people in their own homes to provide practical assistance and emotional support, helping them continue living independently.

Your day could involve:

Providing personal care with dignity and respect
Supporting people with medication
Preparing meals and refreshments
Helping with shopping and household tasks
Offering companionship and reducing social isolation
Assisting with mobility and safe moving and handling
Supporting individuals with more complex care requirements
Providing compassionate end-of-life support where appropriate
Keeping clear and accurate care records

Every visit is different, but your aim is always the same – helping people live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes.
