Job type: Sub-contract initially, with a clear pathway to a permanent employed position

Back2Front Physiotherapy is a health, fitness and wellness clinic in Aberdare. We're not a quick-fix gym — we guide people, particularly the over-50s and those recovering from injury, into long-term health through structured, professional support.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, passionate graduate to join our team and provide massage cover, with the scope to grow into a much broader role.

Who this is for

This role is ideally suited to a recent graduate from a Strength, Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage (or similar) course who has a broad range of skills and wants to use all of them. If you're someone who could deliver massage today and grow into classes, Pilates and personal training tomorrow, we want to hear from you.

What you could be involved in

Sports, Swedish and remedial massage
Group classes (Fit4Life, Strength & Balance, Pilates, Men's Strength, BACK2FRONT45 and more)
Pilates instruction
1:1 personal training — health-focused, not aesthetics-driven

You won't need to walk in doing all of this on day one. We'll support you to develop into the areas you're passionate about.
