CARER/SUPPORT WORKER

Are you looking for a role where you genuinely make a difference every day?

We are recruiting Carers to join our PETERCULTER team.

We are recruiting for a FULL TIME position.

You will support people with everyday tasks such as personal care, meal preparation and medication – helping individuals remain independent in their own home, making sure they are safe, comfortable and supported.

Experience is not essential.

We provide a full Induction and Moving & Handling training, followed by on-the-job supervision until you feel confident in your role. You will have support at all times from a Team Leader or member of our office staff.

AM Shifts – 07:00 – 13:30/14:00

PM Shifts – 16:30/17:00 – 21:30/22:00

Carers work every second Weekend as part of a two-week rolling rota.

Pay & Benefits

Weekday Rate - £13.46
Weekend Rate - £15.00
Payment from beginning of shift to end of shift (inclusive of any gaps)
Mileage paid at 35p per mile
5.6 weeks paid Annual Leave

Essential Requirements

Full UK Drivers Licence
Access to a Car
UK Right to Work (We are unable to offer Sponsorship)
