Position Type: Part Time

Aberdein Considine are looking for a part time Viewing Agent to join our busy office in Stonehaven. The successful candidate will be required to hold a clean driver’s licence and must be licenced to drive a vehicle with manual gears. There will also be a requirement for the suitable candidate to work evenings and Saturdays.

Job Purpose

Show prospective buyers our stock of sale properties
Promote the main features of each property
Highlight other suitable properties to viewers
Identify opportunities for legal and financial services and secure appointments for advisers/solicitors

Key Responsibilities

Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to office
Identify viewers specific property search requirements
Cross sell properties, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings
Identify other services that are relevant to the viewers situation and promote the benefits of using Aberdein Considine

Qualifications

Educated to Higher level or above

Skills and Experience

Essential

Strong oral and written communication skills
Good presentation skills
Well presented and professional
A pleasant, confident manner
Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality
Reliable and honest
Possess good interpersonal skills
Able to adapt to different professional and social environments
