You'll begin by developing your sales and customer service skills through face-to-face customer interactions before progressing into team leadership, recruitment and management. With full training and ongoing support, there's a genuine opportunity to progress into management within 6-12 months based on performance.
What You'll Be Doing
Starting Out - Sales & Customer Engagement
Your first step is learning the business from the ground up by developing the skills that create successful leaders.
You'll:
- Speak with customers face-to-face to promote products and services.
- Build confidence through customer interactions and relationship building.
- Deliver excellent customer service from first conversation through to sale.
- Learn effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Work towards individual targets while earning uncapped commission and bonuses.
- Work both independently and alongside a supportive team.
Progress Into Leadership
As you grow, you'll begin taking on more responsibility by:
- Supporting and mentoring new team members.
- Assisting with coaching and training.
- Helping to organise sales campaigns and team activities.
- Learning recruitment, interviewing and people management.
- Monitoring team performance and contributing to business growth.
Successful candidates can progress into a management position within 6-12 months, where you'll lead a team, support recruitment and play a key role in growing the business.
