Full job description

Become part of our dynamic Finance & Business Support function. We’re looking for an organised and proactive administrator to support our finance processes and wider business operations across the Rizon Group, which encompasses AquaTerra Training, Bon‑Accord Training and IED Training. The role spans our Kintore, Ellon and Arbroath sites and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, accuracy and working closely with colleagues across multiple businesses.

Duties

Finance

Process supplier invoices, payment runs and supplier queries (Accounts Payable).
Raise sales invoices, manage credit control and reconcile customer accounts (Accounts Receivable).
Collect and process payroll information, including overtime, holidays and expenses.
Review and process employee expenses, ensuring policy compliance.
Support month‑end tasks, reconciliations and routine financial reporting.

Business Support

Provide general administrative support to managers and teams.
Organise meetings, prepare documentation and maintain records.
Assist with policy and procedure documentation.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations and business documentation.

Skills

Strong understanding of financial services principles and practices.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software systems (Sage Cloud preferred).
Clear communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and external partners.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and records.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
2-3 years prior experience in finance or business support roles.

CLOSING DATE: 25th August 2026

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
