The opportunity

You will be based in our Business Support team. You will be providing administrative assistance and an excellent quality of service to external and internal clients. This role is varied and includes providing support to our Business Operations Manager in the following areas:

Reception
Procurement
Facilities
Finance
Health & Safety
HR
Communications
Events
General Operations

This is a full time, permanent position, where you will be working as part of a friendly and welcoming team of 25 people. Our location

We are based at Anchor House, in Commercial Street in the lovely Leith area of Edinburgh. We have staff parking right outside our office, and we are also easily accessible by several local bus services which operate on Commercial Street. There are great restaurants and shopping options nearby, with Ocean Terminal a two-minute walk from our office. The nearby Shore also offers a great selection of options for eateries and local shops.

Required Skills

Essential

Good IT skills, including competency in Microsoft Office.
National 5 English and Maths Level A or B minimum or equivalent.

Desirable

Administration, customer service and/or hospitality experience.
