Fixed Tern 1 year

Responsible for implementation and embedding of the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) programmes for Neurosurgery with a main focus on simple spinal and intracranial surgery procedures ensuring it is sustained using evidence-based guidelines. Provide specialist advice to healthcare professional, other agencies, carers, patients and relatives.

Take a key role in leading and developing the service to improve practice and work collaboratively, implementing and evaluating evidence-based standards, guideline and policies.

To identify and be actively involved in audit and research activity which will contribute to the development of the service.
