Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Mobile Service Engineer and become a vital part of delivering exceptional maintenance, repair, and technical support for mobile equipment and machinery. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with a variety of mobile assets, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. You’ll be instrumental in troubleshooting complex systems, performing repairs, and maintaining equipment to the highest standards. Duties

Conduct detailed inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on mobile equipment such as excavators, forklifts, and other heavy machinery.
Perform fabrication, welding, soldering, and electrical work using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues accurately.
Assemble new components or machinery parts following precise specifications and safety standards.
Maintain and repair electrical systems, ensuring all safety protocols are followed during heavy lifting or equipment handling.
Carry out routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
Use heavy-duty tools to perform welding, fabrication, or mechanical adjustments on-site or in the workshop.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about repair status or maintenance needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hydraulic, fabrication, welding, soldering, electrical work, or mechanical assembly.
Strong knowledge of schematics, technical drawings, and electrical wiring diagrams.
Hands-on experience with heavy machinery such as excavators or forklifts is highly desirable.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate equipment like forklifts when necessary.
Mechanical knowledge combined with electrical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Relevant certifications in welding, electrical work, or machinery operation are advantageous but not mandatory.
