Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Receptionist / admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong office experience and proficient computer skills to contribute to organisational efficiency and effectiveness. The Administrator will play a vital part in maintaining a professional and productive work environment.

Duties

Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members
Preparing reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents as required
Supporting accounts payable/receivable processes through data organisation and entry
Coordinating office supplies procurement and inventory management
Providing general clerical support including photocopying, scanning, and mailing duties
Ensuring the office environment remains organised and efficient at all times

Qualifications

Proven office experience or administrative background with a strong understanding of office procedures
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Experience with data entry and record management systems
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with professional phone etiquette
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Previous clerical experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided where necessary
