Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic environment, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative ideas
Ensure all food is prepared safely, adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations
Oversee the proper storage of ingredients and supplies to minimise waste
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee optimal results

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Previous experience in a restaurant environment is highly desirable
