Your next role
The success of our vision depends on our fantastic employees and fostering the talent of the future. That is why we have this exciting opportunity for Civil Enforcement Officers.
You will have a strong background in customer services and be able to deal with enquiries from members of the public politely and effectively and be able to remain calm under pressure.
You will hold a full UK driving licence as the role will involve travelling to different sites on a daily basis.
Ideally you will have knowledge of parking enforcement regulations although full training will be given. You’ll also have knowledge of Swindon and the surrounding area and be prepared for regular outdoor working in all weathers.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
