You will lead on reporting, resourcing and the lifecycle process.
Responsibilities include: facilitating Front Door meetings and working with Sponsors, coordinating portfolio reporting and RAID management, and supporting resource demand and capacity planning activities. The role also includes administration and management of our Project Management and Reporting Tool (PPM), Power BI report creation, troubleshooting / issue resolution, and working with third-party suppliers.
In addition, the role supports the development and embedding of governance frameworks, guidance creation, and maintaining delivery standards across agile and waterfall projects. Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills are key, as the role sits across all areas of delivery and works with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, as well as competencies on Power BI and wider Power Platforms knowledge.
