About the Team:
The Electronics & Books team at TikTok Shop partners with brands, helping them grow and succeed through tailored business development, data-driven strategy, and creator-led marketing. Our team brings together expertise in brand management, e-commerce, and social commerce within a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:
Business Development Support
- Conduct research to identify and qualify new Home and Electronics brands for onboarding
- Support the outreach and engagement process with prospective brands (similar to SDR work)
- Assist with pipeline management, lead tracking, and CRM updates
- Help prepare outreach materials, pitch decks, and performance reports
Creator Outreach & Campaign Coordination
- Support outreach to creators on behalf of TikTok Shop Home and Electronics brands
- Help coordinate creator seeding and sampling efforts
- Manage campaign tracking sheets and assist with performance reporting
- Match brands with relevant creators in collaboration with the partnerships team
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a [BS/MS/PhD] degree.
- Foundational knowledge and genuine interest in the Home and Electronics sector, as well as understanding of the UK ecommerce business landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
- Proficiency in English is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fast learner with a strong can-do attitude.
- Strong team player, accountable owner of individual performance, and ultimately focused on delivering high standards and results. Proven ability to successfully thrive in a changing and fast-moving industry
- Eager to win, growth driven, business mindset, result driven.
- Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video is a preference), content marketing, influencers, and creativity in the categories.
