OVERVIEW
The role of Supply Chain Manager is central to the smooth running of our inbound and outbound shipping, supplier coordination, and warehouse operations. It sits at the heart of communication across the business; keeping suppliers, freight partners, warehouses, and our Sales team aligned, and ensuring that products move efficiently and on time, from our manufacturers through to customers worldwide.
This is a relationship-led role for a brilliant communicator. You will own the day-to-day coordination of our suppliers, shipping partners, and our UK and US warehouses, owning demand forecasting through to fulfilment and turning it into accurately placed orders, well-timed shipments, and clear, proactive updates to the wider team.
The Supply Chain Manager is a dynamic role that enables the achievement of the company’s growth plans, drives operational efficiency, and supports the wider team in meeting ambitious commercial goals.

THE ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inbound & Outbound Shipping
- Coordinate all inbound shipments, giving warehouse teams timely notice to ensure the smooth receipt of goods.
- Oversee outbound logistics to B2B and D2C customers worldwide, ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with freight forwarders, couriers, and shipping partners, ensuring a reliable, cost-effective service and resolving issues quickly.
- Ensure shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, export declarations, certificates of origin, etc.) is complete and correct.
- Act as the main point of contact for inbound and outbound delivery queries, proactively identifying and resolving fulfilment challenges.
Communication, Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Be the communication hub between suppliers, warehouses, freight partners, and our internal Commercial and Sales Team, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
- Report to and partner closely with the Sales team, providing clear, timely updates on stock positions, supplier lead times, and shipment status so they can manage customer expectations.
- Account for demand across our multiple sales channels (retail, hospitality, direct-to-consumer, and bespoke projects), ensuring product availability is communicated and managed.
- Produce regular supply chain and inventory reports, giving management clear visibility of stock positions, supplier performance, and logistics.
- Proactively resolve queries raised by the Commercial and Sales teams and flag risks early.
Forecasting & Demand Planning
- Own demand forecasting across our product range, balancing stock availability against sales trends, current inventory, and supplier lead times.
- Translate forecasts into a clear purchasing plan, ensuring timely replenishment while avoiding both overstocking and stock-outs.
Supplier Coordination
- Work alongside our Head of Operations to build and maintain relationships with our suppliers and manufacturers across multiple countries, keeping production schedules, priorities, and order changes on track.
- Place purchase orders accurately and on time, guided by your demand forecasting to keep stock flowing and avoid stock-outs.
- Book and schedule inbound shipments, liaising with suppliers and freight partners to confirm timings, documentation, and delivery.
- Maintain accurate data (product, supplier, cost, etc.) in our ERP system, including new SKU & BOM creation.
Warehouse Oversight
- Provide support to our UK and US warehouses, ensuring stock accuracy, smooth fulfilment to our customers, and strong working relationships with our warehouse partners.
SUMMARY
This is a broad and varied role at the heart of a growing business. While the remit is wide, you won’t be navigating it alone; you’ll work closely with, and be supported by, our Head of Operations, with real room to grow and develop as we scale. Above all, we’re looking for someone dynamic, adaptable, efficient and organised: a brilliant communicator who can juggle multiple relationships at once and keep suppliers, warehouses, freight partners, and our Sales team aligned and informed. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 3+ Years Supply Chain Operations experience.
- An interest in, or affinity to, luxury consumer brands and/or the world of wine, cocktails and good food!
- Strong experience in forecasting and Excel modelling, with proven ability to analyse complex data sets and drive accurate stock planning.
- Experience managing long lead times and varied supply chain timelines while maintaining efficiency and cost control.
- Proficiency in ERP systems for inventory and procurement management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working across finance, operations, suppliers, and logistics teams.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong eye for detail and process optimisation.
- An agile and growth-oriented mindset, willing to adapt and deploy new solutions and systems to serve a growing business' needs.

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
