A small but well-established consultancy which supports select clients through its supplier verification programme needs a capable addition to its busy Aylesbury team.

The position would suit someone with PA or Executive Assistant experience looking for the space to develop into a more independent role. The job will suit a self-starter with an excellent command of English and an eye for detail who excels at accurate record keeping, written communications and preparing and summarising reports. A high level of proficiency using MS office software (particularly, Outlook, Excel and Word) are essential as is the need to be meticulous. Familiarity with carrying out in-depth web-based research, often in multiple languages, is also important.

There will be a focus on preparing, editing and summarising reports; drafting communications; updating spreadsheets; and liaising with clients and outside service providers, as required. The incumbent will also be expected to support existing staff to keep the office clean and tidy.

As a guideline only, the role is likely to require around 3 working days per week. This is primarily an in-office job however flexibility is offered over working hours and it is expected that working hours will vary depending on both the incumbent's availability and the company workload so the ability to work additional time if needed would be helpful. The role is likely to suit someone local to the Aylesbury area.

Job Types: Temp to perm, Part-time

Pay: £16.00-£22.00 per hour
