Brickwork Working Supervisor

Chiswick, West London (with ongoing work across the London area) Job type: Full-time, ongoing — CIS self-employed Pay: £250 per day (CIS)

About the role

Langdale Associates is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Brickwork Working Supervisor to join us on a long run of work across the London area, starting in Chiswick. This is a hands-on working supervisor role — you'll be laying bricks alongside the gang while taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the brickwork package on site.

With a strong pipeline of projects secured across London, this is a genuine opportunity for continuous, long-term work for the right person.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and working alongside the brickwork gang on site
Setting out and maintaining quality, line and level across the brickwork package
Ensuring health and safety standards are met and toolbox talks are delivered
Liaising with site management on programme, progress and materials
Keeping the gang productive and the work on schedule
Leading by example on workmanship, attitude and site conduct

What we're looking for

SSSTS (Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme) — minimum requiremen
First Aid at Work certificate (beneficial)
Time-served bricklayer with proven supervisory experience
Committed, reliable and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
Able to read drawings and set out brickwork accurately
Good communication skills and the ability to lead a gang

Pay: £250.00 per day

Work Location: In person
