Full job description

GoodLaw Solicitors LLP are looking for a Career Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy residential property team in Hove on a full time Monday - Friday basis. We are a vibrant, friendly firm seeking the best talent to join and grow with us. If you are customer-focussed, happy in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for property we want to hear from you.

You’ll have the right skills to pick up the following:

· Providing quotations to new clients

· Opening files

· Issuing draft Contract packs

· Post completion administration including submission of SDLT and AP1s

Main Responsibilities

administrative support for a busy conveyancer
first point of contact for our clients
use our case management system (Leap)
assist fee earners with their caseload
help progress files and manage cases
liaise with clients, other parties and professionals as required
