Lenak is a fast-growing ecommerce company specialising in scaling multiple direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands across a variety of industries and product categories. We operate across major ecommerce and digital platforms including Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta, and other online marketplaces, with a strong focus on high-performance creative, aggressive growth, and modern ecommerce marketing.
We are now looking for an experienced and highly skilled Creative Lead Designer to take ownership of creative output across our brands and help lead the next stage of our growth.
This is not a standard graphic design role. We are looking for someone who understands ecommerce performance creative at a high level — someone who can create scroll-stopping ads, high-converting video content, branded ecommerce assets, and AI-enhanced creatives designed specifically to drive revenue and performance.
You will work closely alongside our ecommerce and marketing teams to produce industry-leading creative across paid social, ecommerce websites, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and digital campaigns.
AI is becoming a major part of modern ecommerce creative, so we are specifically looking for someone already highly experienced with advanced AI creative tools and workflows including platforms such as Claude, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, and similar technologies.
This is a lead-level role suited to someone ambitious, highly creative, performance-driven, and excited by the opportunity to shape and scale the creative direction of multiple fast-growing DTC brands.
Role Overview
You will lead creative production across our ecommerce ecosystem — creating and directing high-performing content across paid ads, ecommerce assets, product launches, branded campaigns, AI-generated creatives, and short-form video content.
You should understand both branding and performance marketing, with a strong ability to create content that not only looks premium but also drives measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities Ecommerce Creative & Brand Direction
- Lead creative direction across multiple DTC ecommerce brands
- Design and produce high-performing ecommerce creatives across Meta, TikTok, Shopify, Amazon, and digital campaigns
- Create premium visual assets that improve conversion, engagement, and brand positioning
- Ensure consistency across all creative touchpoints and brand identities
- Work closely with the ecommerce team to improve customer experience and conversion-focused design
Paid Social & Performance Creative
- Create high-converting paid social creatives for:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok
- Shopify campaigns
- Amazon creatives
- Landing pages and ecommerce funnels
- Develop static ads, UGC-style content, motion graphics, and short-form video ads
- Create conversion-driven content built around hooks, attention-grabbing visuals, and modern ad psychology
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimise creative performance and improve ROAS
AI Creative Production
- Lead implementation of AI-enhanced creative workflows across the business
- Use AI tools such as:
- Claude
- Higgsfield
- Midjourney
- Runway
- Pika
- Other emerging AI creative platforms
- Create AI-generated visuals, concepts, ad creatives, and video content
- Explore and test new AI technologies to improve creative output, efficiency, and innovation
- Help position Lenak at the forefront of AI-powered ecommerce creative
Video Editing & Content Creation
- Produce and edit high-quality short-form video content for ecommerce campaigns
- Create engaging creatives for TikTok, Reels, Meta Ads, and ecommerce platforms
- Develop product-focused, lifestyle, and UGC-style content
- Edit and optimise content for platform-native performance and engagement
Creative Testing & Optimisation
- Develop and maintain a structured creative testing pipeline
- Rapidly iterate and improve creatives based on performance data and feedback
- Test new hooks, angles, formats, and concepts consistently
- Work collaboratively with marketing and ecommerce teams to improve:
- CTR
- CPA
- ROAS
- Conversion rates
Team Collaboration
- Work closely alongside our ecommerce, marketing, and creative teams
- Support product launches, campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand development initiatives
- Contribute strategic ideas around creative direction and ecommerce growth
- Help elevate the overall creative standard across all brands within the business
About You
- 2–3+ years experience in ecommerce design, paid social creative, or DTC brand design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-performing ecommerce and advertising creatives
- Proven experience designing for Meta, TikTok, and ecommerce-focused campaigns
- Expert understanding of:
- Ecommerce creative
- Paid social design
- Ad psychology
- Hooks and conversion-focused content
- UGC-style creative
- Highly experienced with AI creative tools and workflows
- Strong understanding of modern ecommerce and DTC marketing trends
- Able to work quickly in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Creative, commercially aware, and highly proactive
- Strong communication and organisational skills

Salary & Benefits
£29,000 – £33,000 per annum (depending on experience)
