Health & Safety Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive Health & Safety Coordinator to work closely with our Health & Safety Manager to support and enhance our safety culture across our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on, visible role where you’ll work closely with teams to ensure safety is more than a policy, it’s part of everything we do.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out risk assessments, audits, and site inspections across multiple locations
- Supporting and leading incident investigations, identifying root causes and driving improvements
- Creating and maintaining safe systems of work
- Ensuring compliance with UK Health, Safety & Environmental legislation
- Promoting health, safety, and well-being initiatives across the business
- Managing PPE requirements and ensuring adherence to safety standards
- Building strong relationships and acting as a trusted safety partner across teams
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Analytical and solutions-focused mindset
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach
- Willingness to travel between our Telford sites is essential as we are a multi-site business. There may be some occasional international travel required.
Qualifications required:
- IOSH Managing Safely (essential)
- NEBOSH (desirable)
