JDuties
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully equipped styling chairs ready for daily use by hairdressers and beauty specialists
- Manage scheduling and availability of chairs to maximize space utilization and client flow
- Provide excellent customer service to visiting clients and stylists, ensuring a positive experience for everyone
- Assist with front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing appointments
- Support hairstylists with mentoring or guidance on salon procedures and best practices when needed
- Promote additional services like eyelash extensions, makeup application, or upselling retail products to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
- Ensure the salon environment adheres to health and safety standards at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in store management or salon operations is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stylists, clients, and team members
- Knowledge of barbering, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and customer service principles
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Demonstrated mentoring skills or willingness to support stylist development
- Enthusiasm for creating a lively, professional environment that encourages stylist success
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and salon needs

Pay: £25,420.00-£53,247.26 per year
