Bus Driver – Full Time

McCausland Airport Parking – Belfast International Airport

Salary: £14.70 per hour
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Belfast International Airport Area
Shift Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off (2 Days, 2 Nights)

McCausland Airport Parking is one of Northern Ireland's leading airport parking providers, offering secure parking and reliable shuttle services for customers travelling through Belfast International Airport.

We are currently recruiting a Full Time Bus Driver to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable and customer-focused driver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a 4 on / 4 off rota consisting of:

2 Day Shifts: 7:00am – 7:00pm
2 Night Shifts: 7:00pm – 7:00am
Followed by 4 days off

This shift pattern provides an excellent work-life balance with regular extended time off.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for:

Transporting customers safely and efficiently between the airport terminal and our car parks.
Providing a friendly, professional, and helpful service to all customers.
Assisting passengers with luggage where required.
Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation of company vehicles.
Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines at all times.
Working closely with the Operations Team to ensure smooth customer transfers.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

Full UK Category D1 Driving Licence.
Valid CPC Qualification.
Excellent customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
Ability to work day and night shifts on a rotating basis.

Desirable:

Previous experience driving minibuses or passenger transport vehicles.
Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
