We are looking to recruit an ambitious, driven, customer focus person to join our award-winning social housing organisation in our vision to ‘helping our communities, live, grow and thrive together’.

The role - What I’ll be doing

The Night Facilities Service Team Leader will provide supervision to the Night Service Facilities Officers and support the Night Service Manager to deliver a professional, high quality, service including security, CCTV, door entry, mobile patrols, anti-social behaviour and emergency response, lone working monitoring, business continuity response, emergency janitorial and Salix Homes’ emergency call centre.

You will be working a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern starting at 6pm till 6am, as part of a team delivering a front-line service to meet customer demand at first point of contact.

What we’re looking for

This role would suit a self-motivated leader with strong communication skills who thrives on a varied workload in a busy customer focused environment. This role requires someone who can assume direction and support for a small team, providing a comprehensive service to a diverse range of customers.

Experience in supervising a team
Experience in customer service
Full valid driving licence
SIA CCTV licence - desirable but not essential
