We’re looking for an SEO Outreach Executive to support our digital growth strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys research, relationship building, writing, organisation, and marketing, and would like to develop a career in SEO and digital marketing.
Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for someone at the start of their marketing career or looking to move into a specialist SEO and outreach role.
The Role
SEO is an important part of Lily Arkwright’s continued growth, and this role will play a key part in helping us increase our online visibility and attract new customers.
You’ll work closely with our Operations and Marketing teams to implement outreach and SEO strategies that are already established within the business. Rather than creating strategies from scratch, you’ll be responsible for helping execute and improve existing processes, building relationships with publishers, identifying opportunities, and ensuring projects are completed to a high standard.
No two days are the same. One day may involve researching new outreach opportunities and contacting publishers, while another could involve reviewing keyword performance, coordinating content, writing outreach emails, or supporting wider marketing projects.
This role offers exposure to SEO, digital PR, content marketing, partnerships, competitor analysis, and broader business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with bloggers, publishers, content partners, and outreach brokers
- Identify relevant websites and outreach opportunities that align with our brand and SEO strategy
- Coordinate guest posts, link insertions, and content placements
- Draft outreach emails and maintain professional communication with website owners and partners
- Monitor keyword rankings and identify opportunities to strengthen our online visibility
- Maintain outreach trackers, spreadsheets, and project records
- Review websites and content opportunities for quality and relevance
- Assist with creating content briefs and coordinating article placements
- Research competitors and identify new growth opportunities
- Support wider SEO, marketing, and growth projects as required
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve existing outreach processes
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, curious, and eager to learn. Previous SEO experience is not required. We are far more interested in finding someone who is proactive, comfortable using technology, and capable of learning new skills. You’ll enjoy research, writing, and communicating with people, while also being comfortable managing multiple projects and tasks at once.
Requirements
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computers and online systems throughout the day
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to follow established processes and work accurately
- Confident carrying out online research and gathering information
- Comfortable learning new software and digital tools
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently while contributing as part of a team
Desirable but Not Essential
- Marketing, business, communications, English, journalism, or related qualifications
- Experience using spreadsheets or managing data
- Experience writing content, blogs, articles, newsletters, or social media content
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, or content marketing
- Experience working in an administrative, marketing, customer service, or office-based role
Working Hours
40 hour contract working Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Saturdays may be required to support business projects or events.
