Actuarial Director – The Role:
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and progressive pensions professional within our Manchester based Consulting and Actuarial teams.

Through the wide range of advisory services delivered to our pensions clients, we provide our staff with a variety of work experiences within a supportive atmosphere. We will offer you the opportunity to demonstrate your abilities and tangibly recognise your efforts, with the potential for progression within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Actuarial Director – Key Responsibilities:

Strategically managing client relationships – overseeing delivery of work, implementing client advice and agreeing fee structures
Driving business development – assisting business plan development, building a client portfolio and identifying new business opportunities
Managing staff – setting targets for direct reports, being involved in recruitment and retention of staff, and helping with the development of other

Your Skills & Experience

Actuarial Director – You:

An experienced Actuary with expert knowledge of the UK Actuarial and DB Pensions market
Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries
Strong awareness of the industry landscape, including competitor business and services
Previous people management experience
