Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a lively environment. As a member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for serving drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with standard recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
Engage with patrons, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments as required.
Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and deliver excellent service.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key attributes. Join us as we create memorable experiences for our guests!

Pay: From £12.75 per hour
