As a CBRE Landscape Coordinator, you will beresponsible for maintaining the condition and appearance of grounds, plants,and foliage for a designated property.
This job is part of the Landscaping function. They are responsible forthe delivery of gardening and landscaping services to the organization orclient.
What You’ll Do: Perform all landscape responsibilities within project deadlines. This includes mowing grass, trimming bushes, etc. within designated project deadlines. Conduct daily maintenance requirements on site. Assist supervisor with regular site inspections. Protect the organization and clients from damage and loss. Report landscape damage to supervisor. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need:PersonalExperience/Qualifications/Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2years of job-related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines andstandards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchangestraightforward information.
- Strong organizational skills with aninquisitive mindset.
