Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Property Sales & Lettings Consultant to join our dedicated professional team. In this role, you will lead the sales and rental processes for residential properties, providing exceptional service to clients while driving business growth. Your expertise will help clients navigate property transactions confidently, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to closing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales acumen, organizational skills, and multilingual abilities to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Manage the full lifecycle of property sales and lettings, including listing properties, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and closing deals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, tenants, and industry partners to foster trust and repeat business.
Conduct market research to stay informed about local property trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity.
Prepare detailed property descriptions, marketing materials, and online listings to attract potential buyers and tenants.
Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and processing documentation efficiently.
Provide expert advice on pricing strategies, legal requirements, and market conditions to clients for informed decision-making.
Utilise excellent communication skills to address client inquiries promptly and professionally across multiple languages if applicable.

Qualifications

Proven experience in property sales or lettings with a track record of successful transactions.
Strong administrative experience with attention to detail in managing documentation and records.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Outstanding organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team with a proactive attitude.
Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and industry best practices is preferred but not mandatory.
