Job Description

EMP are looking for an experienced Customer service administrator to support the developing business needs of our Ipswich-based, family-owned drainage company.

Job Description

Using a CRM data management system (training provided), including creating new customers, adding jobs, sending quotations and invoicing where required.
Managing the email inbox, actioning and raising queries where necessary.
To take phone call enquiries, liaising with customers and engineers. (work phone provided.)
Diary management, arranging access for jobs with clients where necessary.
Keeping holiday records up to date.
Ad hoc administrative duties to support the growing business as requested by managers.

Essential Skills

Confident with an excellent telephone manner.
Minimum of 5 years' office administration experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Word and Excel.
Team player who can work autonomously with limited supervision and has the enthusiasm to develop the role.
Hardworking with a real interest in customer service.
Must be able to work from the IP1 Ipswich office.

Hours of work – permanent employed contract

35-37.5 hrs a week - Monday to Friday flexible working

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
